Gardening Responsibilities

A common misconception is that the gardener paid for by the management company covers all we see on the estate. In fact, the gardener is only responsible for the open spaces before the bridge, this includes the paddock area.

So who manages the rest?

The council :) as any other public adopted road, the council are responsible for the upkeep of roads, drains, and any growth from trees etc on the paths leading from / to the estate. Any problems seen within council owned areas should be raised immediately to the council using the links provided. Remember, the more of us who report the issue, the more likely it is to be rectified!
